The location was absolutely perfect and comfy, just walking distance from Centennial Clock. The hotel was 20 minutes drive from the airport. The room was well-kept and nicely furnished with a panoramic view of the bay.

Marvellous views, beautiful setting.
Hospitable staff from the time we arrrived until check-out, silent a twin room. Bonus point for a safe box, television, and a mini bar fridge. Location not far from Manila bay, and Robinson mall and the large shopping centre with a fully stocked department store.

Staff friendly and well-trained. Upgraded room for free. Pool clean and relaxing. Room service tasty and reasonably priced. Spa massages amazing, 2 hours and 20 minutes for $75.

the dirty area arround the hotel and that so many people accost me when I was walking through the streets. I recommend to stay in the hotel and not to go out.

We arrived late at night and the staff was great. The hotel lives up to 5 star standard. I think the rate is cheap for the standard.
I cannot find anything to dislike.

Well-maintained hotel located in a very very nice area really close to Intramuros and other 24 hr stores and food shops. A nice size room & comfortable bed. Large and awesome breakfast with plenty of meals. Best possible and strategic location at a moderate distance from Manila Bay Scenic View. Good food in the authentic restaurant in the vicinity.
